To plot static & Transfer Characteristics.
Features:
- Two moving coil voltmeters MO 65 mounted on the front panel to measure voltage. The connections for each meter is brought out at 4mm sockets
- One moving coil ammeters MO 65 mounted on the front panel to measure Drain Current. The connections for each meter is brought out at 4mm sockets
- Two DC Regulated Continuously Variable Power Supplies 0-15 Volts DC / 150 mA and 0-5 Volts DC / 150 mA
- One FET (Field Effect Transistor) mounted behind the panel and the connection for Drain Source and Gate are brought out at 4mm sockets.
- One ON/OFF Switch with jewel light is provided on the front panel.
